6 years ago I met my fiance driving down division. Never would I have thought that we would form this great family. One year into our relationship we had our own place and decided to make our first (of many to come) trip to Spokanimal. There Bear was hiding under her bed- a 6 week old German shepherd/lab mix. We took her home and have loved her everyday since . She is now almost 5! We have 3 wonderful cats that we rescued two years after Bear Madden, Momma, and Clark! SO then we decided that Bear was getting a little heavy. So we went back up to Spokanimal and looked around... I really liked this one black dog who was about a year old. We looked at her and when I went to pull away, my engagement ring fell into her kennel and I knew she was it. The 2 dogs bonded and now we are a great big happy family. I love where we've come!
