Spokane Valley, December 1,2010, after the inconsiderate lame brained idiots plowed the residential streets. If they can't learn how to use the grader by turning the blade or using the drop shute, if it has one, to keep from blocking drive ways, then they should stay off the roads. The road was rough, with packed snow and ice but all residents had no problems getting around. What if there was an eldery resident living there that need an ambulance or the fire department to respond? How do they clear their own driveway if they are unable to do it themselves? Should they hire a professional and then bill the city for the work since the city employees/contractors, caused it in the first place. Can you tell this resident is a little upset? What can be done?
