SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane air quality is currently considered "Hazardous". The Current air quality number Friday morning is 305, according to the Washington State Department of Ecology.

There has been a dip in air quality across the state of Washington as widespread smoke rolls through.

Some areas in the Inland Northwest have air quality levels above 300. Levels above 200 are considered "Very Unhealthy For All" while levels above 300 are considered "Hazardous".
The smoke is reported to be from a mass collection of wildfires across the area. KREM 2 uses InciWeb to keep up to date with fires, check it out here.
At the "Hazardous" level, the EPA issues a health alert saying everyone may experience more serious health effects and people should stay indoors.
