DUDLEY-- Flood waters in Kootenai and Shoshone Counties caused several road closures.
Our news crew had to stop in their tracks while trying to get through the town of Dudley, a few miles south of Cataldo.
One neighbor estimates East Dudley Road sat submerged under three feet of water from the Coeur d'Alene River.
A neighbor told KREM 2 the flooding is the worst she has seen here since 2008, when she used her paddle boat to get to her neighbors across the field.
Neighbors say when the water goes over East Dudley Road, those who are left at home, are forced to stay at home.
