Dry, cloudy conditions move into the region Monday

SPOKANE, Wash -- The region will be dry with mostly cloudy skies throughout Monday.

Snow is contained to higher elevations of Eastern Washington and the Panhandle early Monday morning. 

Moving into Tuesday night, rain and snow will start to fall. Other regions will see on and off showers Tuesday evening into the night. 

Temperatures for the week are returning to normal and will stay in the mid to lower 40s for the week, with overnight lows in the lower 30s.
