We're looking at a cloudy Monday morning, but some sunshine is in store for the afternoon. Unfortuntely, we're still dealing with smokey, hazy skies across the region. The Air Quality Alert is in place through most of Monday, as well as the outdoor burn ban. Temps will be in the upper 70s, low 80s Monday.
Another system moves in Tuesday into Wednesday. There's a slight chance of showers in Spokane, with better bets across the northeastern corner of the state. We'll see a subtle increase in the winds, that could help scour out some of the smoke in the sky. Also, cooler conditions should slow active fires buring around the region.
Daytime highs will moderate a bit to the lower 70s throughout the week as we gradually say farewell to summer, and hello to fall! Enjoy! -DG
