A cold, dry air mass moving south out of Canada brings very cold temperatures across the INW today.

This afternoon, we're drier than this morning with a clearing in the clouds. We become partly to mostly sunny and remain cool with highs well below average near freezing.

Look for another cold morning Wednesday before a slow and gradual warmup back to seasonal by the end of the work week.
