Good Morning! Scattered snow showers continue across portions of the Inland Northwest this morning, although our area of snow showers is decreasing.
Most of our precipitation falling over Spokane is a rain/snow mix, the snow that is falling is a wet snow that's not accumulating much. A better bet of finding snow accumulation is towards areas to the north.
Most of the scattered snow is exiting eastern Washington, but moving east into the Idaho Panhandle this morning, where I'm expected some scattered snow flurries.
Look for snow to turn to rain into the lunch hour with drier condtions on tap later this afternoon. Highs today in the upper 30s.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for most of eastern Washington and North Idaho, as well as the central Panhandle until 1pm--it would not surprise me if these warnings expired early.
