Happy Halloween! It's Wednesday, the final day of October and we're talking about scattered morning showers across northeast Washington and north Idaho this morning. We should dry up a bit as the afternoon rolls on.
Here's the deal for trick-or-treaters, get out the door as early as possible. Rain chance through the afternoon and early evening, but come 7pm, showers look likely. Temperatures should be very mild in the low 60s.
A Flood Watch still continues for Okanogan, Chelan, and Douglas counties until late today.
