Happy Friday!

We remain hot and dry with lingering fire concerns in Central and SE Washington but relief is in sight with cooler temperatures arriving this coming weekend.

This morning, nice and mild. Temps out the door in the low to mid 60s with sunny skies.

Nice and warm through the lunch hour with sunny skies lingering through the afternoon. Daytime highs will heat up once again. Low to mid 90s expected by later this afternoon.

Tonight--clear conditions. Winds about 5-15 mph. Overnight lows drop to the upper 50s.

Saturday -- lots of sun, but we start cooling things down a bit. Daytime highs expected to remain just above average in the upper 80s.

Get ready for cooler conditions. 80s expected by this weekend and looking ahead we could see some showers as early as mid next week.

Have a great weekend!

- Katie
