Italian sausages (mild or hot)
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
Cube peppers and onions saute in olive oil and season heavily to taste.
Cook sausages thoroughly, place in bun (use a good quality one) and add slaw. You shouldn't need or want any ketchup or mustard if your slaw is seasoned well. Cook more slaw for more sausages and I like it more heavily made of onions with only some of the peppers for color.
