A winter storm warning is in effect for Spokane and couer d'lene and areas north of those towns as snow fall totals range from 4"-9" locally with more falling in valleys north. Our snow may change to rain or a mix Thursday afternoon as high temperatures climb into the upper 30s. A chance of more snowfall is possible over the weekend.
