#SpoCT generating #happy Spokane tweeters

Spokane recently landed near the top of a “Happiest Cities” study that looked at what its residents say on Twitter. Many Spokane Twitter users credit that status to an event they call the Spokane Coffee Tweet-up, or on Twitter, the #SpoCT.
