Escaped Geiger inmate caught, rescued from creek

Spokane Police said they took escaped Geiger inmate Michael Wheeler into custody after emergency crews plucked him out of Latah Creek. Officers Wheeler ran from a home officers were watching and jumped into the creek to get away.
