Transient wanted for shooting at ISP trooper in Rathdrum

Post Falls Police say 57-year-old Mitchell Lee Walck fired at an Idaho State Patrol trooper and then ran away. The trooper was not hurt. Investigators say Walck is a transient who is known to go to area churches seeking assistance.
