Sandy spikes sales at Spokane Valley business

HOTSTART has been in business for 70 years. The business on East Alki Avenue in Spokane Valley makes engine heaters for generators; those parts are in such high demand in Sandy’s aftermath, the company is asking its staff to work extra hours.
