Boy in costume hit by truck near busy Spokane Valley intersection

The crash happened just after 10:00 p.m. at Appleway & Dishman Mica Road. The boy was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officers said he was wearing a dark costume and carrying a bag of candy.
