Man allegedly sets ex-girlfriend's car on fire in Spokane apt. complex

Residents of the complex tell KREM 2 they heard banging noises about 10 minutes before the fire. One witness said he saw the car’s windows smashed in and a man in a black hoodie run from the scene.
