Judge sentences wealthy welfare cheats to maximum time

A federal judge in Seattle on Friday Dr. David Silverstein and Lyudmila Shimonova to the maximum sentence for defrauding five separate state and federal welfare programs while they lived in luxury on Lake Washington.
