Tropical Storm Isaac lashes Florida Keys

A hurricane warning has been extended along the northern Gulf coast, from east of Morgan City, La., to Destin, Fla., including metropolitan New Orleans, Lake Pontchartrain, and Lake Maurepas. A hurricane watch is in effect near Destin.
