Woman laughing, drinking leads police on high speed chase

Officers spotted Breanna Stead, 25, driving dangerously near Illinois and Perry. They said before the pursuit even began, Stead ran several stop signs and traffic signals reaching speeds upwards of 60 miles per hour.
