Good morning--breezy winds are making what seems like our unsually warm temperatures actually feel almost 10° cooler as you head out the door. Grab a jacket this morning temperatures "feel like" the mid 20s.
Most of us are waking up to predominately dry conditions, the exception is the Lewiston/Mosow region expecting some passing showers today and little snow fall in the North Idaho mountains.
Most of Eastern Washington is starting with clouds but expecting a gradual clearing later this afternoon.
