Cameras catch glimpse of local Safeway robbery suspects

SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects who robbed the Safeway gas kiosk on October 27.

Police said the suspects confronted two employees while they were getting ready to open the business. The men were wearing large black coats and masks.

Detectives hope the surveillance video will help the public in identifying the suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.

Crimestoppers is also offering a cash reward for anyone providing information leading to an arrest in this case. People with information can call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-222-TIPS or should forward the tip through their website crimestoppersinlandnorthwest.org.
