SPOKANE, Wash. -- State transportation crews plan to patch up part of one north Spokane street.  Potholes litter Francis east and west of Division Street. Yet, the work to repair potholes along Francis is divided between city and state street crews.

Spokane street crews repair potholes on Francis east of Division. Washington Department of Transportation leaders fix potholes west of Division along Francis.

DOT Leaders plan to fix potholes on Francis based on staffing.  Leaders told KREM 2 News that their primary task during the winter is plowing streets.

A complete resurfacing is planned for this summer. DOT street crews will replace the asphalt along Francis west of Division.
