SPOKANE, Wash. -- Snow began falling Friday afternoon in parts of Spokane. KREM 2 News Chief Meteorologist Tom Sherry said snow is sticking on in the higher elevations. Drivers confirmed that snow is covering the roadways south of 16th.
Drivers reported seeing only rain and wet snow in downtown Spokane.
