SPOKANE – A Spokane homeowner captured video surveillance of a woman stealing his UPS package about five minutes after it was delivered on Wednesday, Nov. 28.
The homeowner installed security cameras so he could monitor his house when he isn’t home. A postmaster found his empty box a few blocks away and returned it to the homeowner’s doorstep. Then the homeowner cued up his recorded video surveillance and saw the thief for himself.
