SPOKANE, Wash. -- Court documents released Monday named the three officers involved in a deadly shooting on May 16th in North Spokane. Two of the officers were involved in deadly shootings before.
Investigators said the officers shot and killed Justin Cairns, 21, in Nine Mile Falls. Officers followed Cairns to the area when he allegedly shot and killed a man near the 1500 block of West Grace near Maple Street.
