The Gonzaga women's basketball team started their cross country trek to the Sweet 16 on Friday when they loaded a bus outside McCarthey Athletic Center.
The bus was bound for the airport, where the team was set to hop on a flight for Kingston, Rhode Island, more than 2,700 miles away.
The Bulldogs play Kentucky in the Sweet 16 on Sunday. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:30pm PT on ESPN2.
