The wind is going to decrease overnight, and temperatures are really going to drop in some areas. Expect to see some frost, with temperatures in the mid 20s and low 30's in Northeast Washington, the North Idaho Panhandle and the Washington and Idaho Palouse.
The sun returns for the rest of the work week. Expect temperatures to increase as the week goes on, back into the 80's even on Friday.
