Teen escapes Whitman Co. Juvenile, steals department's car
Officials said they believe Lance Anttila, 17, escaped around 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday after being arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. He is 5'10" tall, weighs 150 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
