SPOKANE -- Erin Ruehl has taught marketing at Shadle Park High School for more than 20 years. She remembers Matthew Stiltz as a standout student who did well in DECA, a club for marketing students. Stiltz represented Shadle Park at the national level in DECA competitions. Stiltz was killed Monday in Afghanistan when insurgents attacked his unit.
