SPOKANE -- Claudio Crosby did not plan on playing the part of a traffic patroller Monday, but she saw too many people sliding around to ignore how dangerous the driving conditions were.
Crosby stood on the side of the road, warning drivers to be careful because the street had yet to be sanded.
