SPOKANE--Miranda Brashers was just a young girl inside the Zip Trip at the time of Otto Zehm’s death, but she remembers the whole thing and it still affects her to this day.
Brashers was seven years old at the time. Now 14, she says she vividly remembers that day.
She says the incident has caused her post traumatic stress disorder.
