After an impressive morning thunderstorms stretching from Spokane, west to Omak, we're finally starting to see some quieter weather this afternoon. We're still seeing a bit of thunderstorm activity towards NE Washington and North Idaho, however the bulk of this system seems to be pushing to the north towards Canada.

Don't rule out scattered isolated storms until 4pm. Later this evening, we should see some drier weather with mostly cloudy skies and highs reaching mid 80s.

Wednesday looks mostly dry, with only a 20% chance of scattered storms before our next system of storms arrive on Thursday.

If you can take pictures safely, we'd love to see your extreme weather photos. You can share by sending photos to pics@krem.com.
