SPOKANE--This is the 30th year the Tree of Sharing has been in Spokane and in those 30 years it's become the largest in the country.
This year's goal was to fill about 7,000 tags. So far, about 5,400 gifts have been turned in and accounted for, but there’s about 1,400 tags that were taken and haven’t been returned.
The gifts must be returned to an area mall by Thursday night.
If you haven’t had a chance to support the Tree of Sharing and would still like to, both White Elephant locations in Spokane will continue to sell and collect tags through Friday December 21st.
