A winter weather advisory is in effect for much of eastern Washington and areas of north Idaho with 2"-4" of snow possible by Wednesday. A winter storm warning in Shoshone, Latah and Benewah counties with 3"-5" of snow possible in the valleys and more in the mountains. More snow is expected this weekend.
