COUER D'ALENE -- A murder for hire plot in North Idaho continues to unfold. Larry Fairfax is now in federal custody charged with making pipe bombs to kill an attorney's wife. Edgar Steele is accused of hiring Fairfax to kill his wife and mother in law.
