SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.— Home video of the Spokane Valley office building explosion aftermath shows most of the first floor of the building on fire minutes after the explosion.
Craig Swanson of the Spokane Valley Scoop shot the video before firefighters arrived at the scene just after 7 a.m. Monday morning.
It shows flames glowing through the blown-out windows of the first floor offices of the Valley Mission Professional Building.
