Brrr! Chilly temperatures as we kick start the last day of 2012! Look for a few scattered flurries, areas of dense fog and cold temperatures this morning.
Areas of fog should continue through the afternoon, as with the low clouds.
Look for colder drier conditions to develop thanks to some cold high pressure across the Northwest.
