The National Weather Service recorded nine tenths of an inch of snow yesterday bringing our snowfall total for the season to 13.7 inches. If we don't get anymore measurable snowfall then this will break the previous record for minimum snowfall. The record is 14.2" recorded in 1980/81. 1947 is the first year that snowfall was measured at the airport which is where it is measured today as well. Our forecast calls for more rain with the chance of early morning snowfall Friday and Saturday. March starts next week and it will feel like it with temps in the low 50's.
