SPOKANE -- One Spokane woman’s online plea to a television talk show host paid off.
Washington State University graduate and advertising major and advertising major Erica Norris made a rap video resume directed at Ellen DeGeneres.
Erica posted the video to YouTube. Ellen saw it and brought Erica to her show, which tapes in Los Angeles.
The episode, which aired Monday, showed DeGeneres offering Erica a job as a production assistant on ‘Ellen’.
Erica also received a check for $15,000 to help her pay her rent for one year.
