Today we're waking up to drier conditions but cold temperatures yet again with areas of patchy ice. All of the snow we have had has been packed down and frozen and that will lead to locally slippery spots. Be careful out there. Some patchy fog should be in the mix today with air stagnation concerns for poor air quality through Friday. Look for the skies to clear a little later today with highs in the 20s.
