Americans from coast to coast are hoping for a big payoff tonight. Tickets for the Powerball drawing have been selling today at a rate of 130,000 a minute nationwide. The jackpot has risen to $550 million -- the second-largest lottery payout in U.S. history. The jackpot has already rolled over 16 consecutive times without a winner.
