Good morning! Mostly dry, but chilly across the Inland Northwest this morning. Most of Eastern WA and North Idaho are starting off with low stratus clouds and patchy fog in the morning. Expect some frost as your getting to your car. By noon expect a gradual clearing but overall stay mostly cloudy through the bulk of the day. Look for highs in Spokane today in the mid 30s.

Spokane Day Planner:

Morning: Clouds & fog. Upper 20s.

Lunchtime: Partial Clearing. Low 30s.

Late/Afternoon: Mostly cloudy. Highs mid 30s.

Look for a chance of mountain snow above 3,000' , most of any snow chances should be isolated to the mountains. Only a slight chance of snow for lower lying areas.
