BUFFALO -- Gonzaga freshman forward Kelly Olynyk was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, just about two hours away from Buffalo.

He lived in the city until he was 13-years-old (his dad was the head basketball coach at the University of Toronto), but then his family moved to Kamloops, British Columbia.

Olynyk says he still has friends and family in the area (they have been making ticket requests like crazy) and is excited to be close to his hometown. KREM 2's Tim Lewis has the story from Buffalo.
