Blowing dust and colder weather

A dry cold front has brought strong winds and colder temperatures to the inland northwest.  Some areas may see frost overnight as daytime highs barely reach 60 degrees. Wind will gust to 25 mph on Wednesday. Not as windy on Thursday but still cold.
