COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho -- Coeur d’Alene Police detectives are looking for help identifying a car burglary suspect who broke into two cars on September 28.

Authorities said one of the cars was parked in the Paddy’s parking lot on W. Appleway. The car’s passenger window was smashed. Clothing and a cell phone were stolen from the car. The business’s surveillance camera helped police determine that the burglary happened at 9:22 p.m.

Officials said the second burglary happened at Hogfish Bar on E. Sherman between 10 and 11 p.m. The driver’s side window was smashed and a Carhart jacket and sunglasses were stolen.  Surveillance video showed that the suspect drove away from both scenes.

Detectives said the suspect is a white male, 25-30-years-old, with short brown hair, and a light beard. They said he was wearing a baseball hat and a hooded sweatshirt.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as a white, Dodge 4x4 truck, with 4 doors, with a short box and tinted windows. Police said the bumper of the truck was an add-on type, push bumper and the bed of truck was covered by a tarp.
