After being arrested for driving under the influence in Black Diamond, Wash., a 58-year-old woman was released Thursday. Approximately one hour later, she returned to the same location driving a different vehicle and was arrested again.
The first time police arrested the woman, after the vehicle she was driving crashed into a commercial building, her breath alcohol results were almost three times the legal limit.
Her vehicle was impounded but she was released after processing because the jail was full.
A witness called to report the woman had returned to the same location driving another vehicle and entered a liquor store. Officers arrested her on suspicion of DUI as she was preparing to drive away. Again, her breath results tested above the .08 legal limit.
The woman has been booked into the Issaquah Jail.
