Legal marijuana-only stores will be coming to Washington according to Brian Smith, communications director for the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Smith appeared on KING5 Morning News Friday morning to explain how the department will be working to implement the voter-approved initiative that legalized marijuana in Washington.
