RATHDRUM-- The men and women of Northern Lakes Fire and Rescue have a new place to call home in North Idaho. The department unveiled it's new station in Rathdrum Tuesday.
The new station is 10,000 square feet and houses 5 fire fighters at a time.
The new station has an updated piping system.
Crews say the most important thing is how this building will help them get to victims faster.
